Darn fumble fingers. I really like the look of the Sea Breeze collection of patterns because it’s so versatile.

I loved the Rows and Wheels afghan due to the colors used and the motion throughout that made me think of the childhood song "The Wheels on the Bus Go Round" reminded me of both my son and daughter I was forced to give up due to things that were out of my control but not due to anything wrong I had done.
--
The second one I loved is the Diamond Stitch Baby Set and okay a Third, The little Tuxedo and is particularly dear to me as I am wanting to start a Hard but necessary Charity project after the beginning of the year

First off, the Project I want to do is this:

I want to honor the memory of my own Angel Baby Boy ( Whom I was never at the time allowed to name, but I have named him Tobias Nathaniel, this is the first time every telling anyone and my two now adult children I was forced to give up.
--

I would like to share my idea here, if I may? I want to make baskets with an heirloom blanket for the sweet little one and hand-quilted quilt for the family with either a tiny heirloom dress with all the beauty an artist can bestow in such a heavy time such as
adding beading or embroidery stitches or mini tuxedo along with a duo of tiny memory bears. One for the parent (s) to cherish with a necklace on the bear with their precious Angel Baby's name. The second little bear is to be laid to rest withe the sweet baby. Also, making a bear for every sibling of the angel baby if there are any. I was not given the opportunity for this for myself. What makes it even more tender for me is that I am suffering from Closed Head Traumatic Brain Injury and it is causing me to eventually go completely blind and deaf. Before it does-- I want to leave a legacy of beauty everywhere I go and in everything I am still able to do. Thank you for listening.. <3 I can be found Pinterest and Twitter as Masquerading Crafter and ffpaws. It would be lovely to have other lovely souls who are willing to connect with me on this Project if anyone wants to.

It’s so difficult to choose a favorite pattern from all your lovely designs! I think the first one that caught my attention was your Loop the Loop Chevron Afghan. It is so unique and beautiful. However, your designs had me hooked (lol) when I saw all the SETS you make. I love making matching sets to gift or sell. ♥️

I’m most thankful for the amazing family that God has blessed me with. And I’m so thankful Mommy taught me to crochet so many years ago, so I can create for them. AND I’m thankful that every one of my kids, grands, and by-marriage kiddos love what I make them. 💙

Hey there!  Thank you for joining my blog here at Crafting Friends Designs. Grab your hook, some yarn and get comfy as we crochet some fun, unique and beautiful projects together.
I'm Kate and crochet is my passion.  I've been crocheting for 30+ years and as you can see from the selection of designs on my site, blankets are my obsession.  I absolutely love creating something that will wrap my love around friends and family when they're in need of comfort.
Having 4 beautiful girls of my own has also inspired many infant, toddler and child size dresses.  They are my biggest cheerleaders and have enjoyed wearing the things I've made them.
