I am SO excited I can finally show you what I've been working on over the summer!  It's been a while since I've released any major crochet patterns and this is why.  If you've followed me for at least the past year, you know that I've enjoyed creating crochet pattern collections for the home.  Since I learned to crochet 30+ years ago, making afghans has been my passion.  I just love everything about them!  I love that you can give them to family and friends and they can wrap up in warmth knowing you put your heart and soul into making them something special.  

The past 2 years, I wanted more than just the afghans though.  I love seeing throws nicely set over couches or placed across beds.  But then what?  How do you coordinate it with everything else?

Queen of Hearts Bolster Pillow ~ Release date November 7th 
This pattern fits a 6"x16" bolster pillow. It has instructions to crochet your own pillow form or you can order one.  The pillow cover is easily removable to allow for quick washing or swapping out pillow covers for different colors or seasons

This pattern fits a 12"x12" pillow. It has instructions to crochet your own pillow form or you can order one.  The pillow cover is easily removable to allow for quick washing or swapping out pillow covers for different colors or seasons

Supplies I buy

For this collection, I like to use Caron Simply Soft yarn.  I know many people don't like to work with this yarn though I find it soft and comfy.  You can easily substitute CSS for any other 4ww yarn such as Red Heart Soft, Premier Yarns Everyday Yarn or Bernat Satin.  Thicker 4ww yarns may be used though the results may vary from these photos.
