Thankful for Crochet Time

Today is all about crochet time! 
Have you ever had a time in your life when you were unable to crochet for some reason?  It's so easy to pick up a crochet hook and some yarn and work to our little hearts content whenever we want.  I typically crochet while watching a movie or waiting for kids at their events.  Many  nights, I'll crochet after everyone has gone to bed and I'm able to listen to audio books.  I admit that I've taken this freedom for granted many times.  If ever I'm unable to crochet, I struggle.  Crochet time is my time to be creative, to reflect on events of the week and many times, it's my time to put my talent into a service project. 

I FINALLY took some time to crochet something for myself.  WHAT???
For the past year, I've been so busy making things for family and friends and figured it was about time that I do something that I can keep AND use.  Today, I'm releasing my new Queen of Hearts Basket crochet pattern.  I've enjoyed using it for yarn and I hope you will too!
