6-7 Medium Potatoes sliced like French Fries
Place in casserole dish with lid and top with 1/4 Cup Butter in slices (dot around pan) 1/4 Cup Cream or Milk Salt and Pepper Bate @ 350* for 1 hour Top with shredded Colby Jack Cheese
