Sauce: Mix together in small bowl and set aside
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Mustard Dash of Tabasco 1 Cup Ketchup Meatloaf: 2/3 Cup Plain Oatmeal 1/2 Cup Milk (let oatmeal soak up milk before mixing) 2 lbs Hamburger 1 Egg 1/3 Cup Grated Onion 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Sage 1/2 tsp Pepper 1/2 Cup Ketchup 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper Mix together well and press flat in casserole pan (or 9x13 pan for thinner portions and faster cooking time.) Spread sauce on top. You may want to double the sauce if making a 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350* for 1 hour
