Place pork roast in slow cooker. I've used a variety of sizes and cuts. Most of the time I'll use a picnic roast or butt roast.
Top with: 1 small bottle of salsa (I use homemade) 1 onion sliced Chili Powder (1-2 TBSP) Cinnamon (1-2 TBSP) Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup 1 can soda (Pepsi or Mountain Dew) Cook on low for 6-8 hours. When tender, shred roast and mix with sauces well Serve with: Tortillas Mexican Rice Cheese Sour Cream Hot Sauce Lettuce Black Beans Green Enchilada Sauce Guacamole Salsa
