Secret Garden Blanket crochet pattern
We are working rounds 42-45 of the Secret Garden Blanket crochet pattern this week.  It seems like it would be a small section of the CAL with just 4 rounds but we're working some taller stitches to give this a fun X stitch across the blanket.  We'll be working "In Front of" and "Behind" stitches so be sure to watch the written instructions so your pattern shows through properly.
If you're just finding this pattern and would like to crochet your own Secret Garden Blanket, click the "Start Here" button below to jump to the beginning post where you'll find all the details and quick links to each section.

And there you have it!  Another fun stitch to work and another week down in our Crochet-A-Long.  Next week, we'll be working the slanted shell section.  This will be the final section prior to working the border.  For this, you could work a single color, 2 colors, 3 colors, 4 colors...  depending on how solid or striped you want your outer edge.  Take a few minutes to think through how you want this set up before we start next week.

Once the next section of this CAL is live, you can click the button below for a quick link to Round 46
Button will be live in 1 week
If you would like to be able to work this pattern at your own pace, you can purchase the ad free pdf below.  During the CAL, this will be a Pre-Release pdf which may need a few slight adjustments.  Upon the completion of the CAL, any Pre-Release purchases will automatically be sent the final pdf through Ravelry which will include links to each section's video tutorials.

Hey there!  Thank you for joining my blog here at Crafting Friends Designs. Grab your hook, some yarn and get comfy as we crochet some fun, unique and beautiful projects together.
I'm Kate and crochet is my passion.  I've been crocheting for 30+ years and as you can see from the selection of designs on my site, blankets are my obsession.  I absolutely love creating something that will wrap my love around friends and family when they're in need of comfort.
Having 4 beautiful girls of my own has also inspired many infant, toddler and child size dresses.  They are my biggest cheerleaders and have enjoyed wearing the things I've made them.

If you love what you see, please leave a comment and let me know!
