Secret Garden Blanket Crochet Pattern Rounds 24-31

It's time to play with some more fun color combinations!  Rounds 24-31 will walk you through crocheting the fan section of this blanket.  I recommend using at least 2 different colors and up to 4 different colors for this section to really make the fans attract attention.  Take a moment to figure out your color plan and then scroll below to get started.
