Welcome to Section 5 of the Enchanted Garden Blanket. This part of the blanket is a REALLY simple section since we're only using the herringbone dc crochet stitch and chains for the corners. However, Please be sure to read through all the information below as the way you work the herringbone will make a difference in how this section looks when complete. NOTE: While editing the video tutorial for this section, I realized that while working the herr dc stitch, I show yarning over and say yarning over but then switch to yarning under for the sides of the blanket. Yarning UNDER is what gives this stitch the slanted look. The written instructions ARE correct and it really is a simple section to work. I apologize for the mistake and have updated the video to show the way I work the stitch and also show how YO vs YU makes a difference for this stitch. Thank you for understanding and being patient while I heal from a surgery!!!
